ASUS' ROG Falchion is a tiny wireless gaming keyboard with RGB
When it comes to small keyboards, Razer may have stolen the show with its new Huntsman Mini, but Asus is now raising its head with the new ROG Falchion.
Aside from the fact that they are both small keyboards, the two couldn't be more different. The Asus Clacker has a wireless connection and arrow keys. Oh sweet arrow keys - seriously, you won't know how many times you use them until you lose them, which the Huntsman Mini happily reminded us of.
With this 65% keyboard layout, the new Asus keyboard is still very small, which will come in handy when reading as it frees up desktop space for your mouse. RGB lighting is a nice cherry, and any keys you lose are still available as secondary functions.
On the left side of the keyboard, there is a customizable interactive touchpad, which is probably used by most as a volume control. That being said, the keyboard doesn't have much to offer. Asus hasn't even told us which Cherry Switch options are hidden under the keys.
Nothing is known about pricing yet, but if history has taught us anything, Asus is not afraid to charge a hefty ROG tax on its best gaming keyboards.
